LADIES BOUFFANTS and CLOSE FIT SCRUB HATS: Adjustable with a cord lock on the elastic. This kind of hat has a button hole in the back center where I pull the elastic out and add a cord toggle to it. That way all head sizes can have a comfortable fit.

MENS HATS: I mainly make 2 sizes: 22" and 23" as measured around the bottom edge of the scrub cap.
